3. Open Source and Licensing

This service is built upon the open-source DeepSeek-OCR project, which is governed by its own license terms. The open-source model can be used freely under its original license.

7. Data Processing and Intellectual Property

7.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to documents and content you upload ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Process Your Content to provide OCR services
  • Store Your Content temporarily for processing (deleted after completion)
  • Use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement

We do NOT claim ownership of Your Content or OCR results.

7.2 Our Intellectual Property

We own or license all rights to:

  • Our API infrastructure and services (but not the underlying open-source model)
  • Our brand name, logo, and marketing materials
  • Improvements and modifications we make to the service layer

The underlying DeepSeek-OCR model remains governed by its open-source license.

If you provide suggestions, feedback, or ideas about the Service, we may use them freely without compensation or attribution.

8. Payment Terms (For Future API Service)

When the API service launches:

10. Limitation of Liability
